Summer in southern Finland is a great time to photograph deer and especially moose, when they arrive in the fields to feed at dusk and are there when the morning sun rises.
Depending on the summer and the moose population, I make photographing and filming trips to the area when the weather conditions are optimal.
I also do guides to see moose or photograph them, but I don’t do guidance for locals / people living in Finland. I can’t restrict access to shooting locations, so it’s not fair to nature to spread sensitive places.
Here is a short video of one exceptionally good morning from the summer of 2023. Almost every morning is different and the moose decide where they are at any given time.
